Delivery costs £49.99 per order within Mainland UK*

We supply Woodpecker Flooring to both domestic and commercial customers, direct to your door within 4-5 working days.

When we receive your order, we will email to confirm your delivery date, if you do not receive a confirmation email then please email: sales@tailoredflooring.co.uk

Shipping & Handling

There will be a standard £49.99 delivery charge to a UK address on all orders below £400.

Delivery is free on orders over £400. Use Code 400Delivery at checkout. (Please complete your contact details prior to adding the discount code.)

Inspection of Goods

Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for a delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good usable condition. Never sign for goods as ‘not checked’. If goods are damaged on delivery you should not accept them and inform the courier to return them to the sender. You must inform us of this immediately. In the unlikely event of the goods being delivered faulty or damaged we undertake to deliver replacement goods free of charge.

Returns Policy

Please make every effort to ensure the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods which have been signed for at the delivery without inspection. We will only accept goods for return that are damaged on delivery.
